Although I generally do the cooking, every once in a while the hubby comes along and decides to make an elaborate, delicious meal. This post is dedicated to one such occasion, which involved an Epicurious recipe for Coq Au Vin and two days of preparation & cooking.
The result? An unforgettably rich & buttery chicken that will likely haunt me in my dreams until I get to enjoy it again. I’m thinking this will be one of our new go-to favorites for holiday entertaining….
